Claudia B. Horn is president of Performance Results, Inc. (PRI) a Washington D.C based program evaluation firm. Claudia has more than 20 years of experience in the fields of evaluation, education and staff development. Performance Results, Inc. provides program evaluations, and technical assistance and training in outcomes measurement, community needs assessment, team-building and strategic planning. Her firm has performed work for many agencies and organizations including the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Department of Labor, and the Institute of Museum and Library Services. |
