"I can't think of a more important topic for mission leaders at this moment in history. I've even rescheduled an international trip in order to be sure I'm there."

Q: Do I have to be a member of one of the sponsoring organizations to attend?
A: No, we welcome non-member participation.
Q: How will local church leaders benefit from this conference?
A: Those who are proactive in pursuing a strategy, desiring to network, looking for partners, or eager to understand and work with national mission leaders and organizations will find great resources and contacts.
Q: Can I attend just one day or one session?
A: In order to keep the cost down, we purchased this as a package from the hotel. The only registration available is the full package.
Q: Is there a special rate for my spouse?
A: The discount available for a spouse comes in that you are booking your own hotel room. The cost of the hotel is per room/per night – with only a $6 additional charge for the 2nd person. If your spouse is going to attend any of the event (session or meal), the spouse has to register for the conference. We have to provide meeting space and meals for all who attend.
Q: Are meals included with registration?
A: The meals package includes dinners on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday; lunches on Thursday and Friday and coffee breaks. Breakfast is on your own.
Q: Is my hotel booked when I register for the event?
A: No, you are responsible for reserving your own hotel room. You can either book online using the link from this website, or by calling 1-800-400-1700 and saying your are attending the North American Mission Leader’s Conference. As long as rooms are available, and if it is prior to August 23, 2008, be sure they quote you $109 for one person in a room; $115 for two persons.
Q: How do I get from the airport to the conference venue?
A: We have a $22 one-way / $40 round trip Conference Rate with Boulder SuperShuttle from Denver International Airport. After exiting the train in the main terminal for baggage claim, the Boulder SuperShuttle counter can be found by making an immediate left at the top of the escalator.
Q: What is the dress code for this event?
A: The event is business casual. The Thursday evening session honoring Dr. Winter will include special guests, some of whom will probably prefer a more formal dress. It is not necessary to have anything beyond business casual with you.
Q: What if I have questions that are not answered here?
A: All general information is covered on the conference web site. Conference-specific questions are best answered by email using our on-line form. Some questions require a bit of homework on our end to insure we are giving you accurate information. You will normally receive a response in 24 hours, whenever possible, the same day.
